Before. During. After.

We want to create maximum value and  flawless tans. This is a service that requires some effort from both of us. We'll do our part and share some of our favorite tips below. Worried about getting naked? Don't.

For best results

Exfoliate and moisturize a few days before your appointment.

Shave and wax 12-24 hours prior to your appointment. Avoid shaving on the day of your appointment.

If you plan on getting a manicure and/or pedicure, do so BEFORE your tanning appointment.

Avoid applying moisturizers, deodorants, antiperspirants, oils, and/or makeup the day of your appointment; they can create a barrier, preventing the absorption of the tanning solution.

During your tan, you are welcome to wear whatever suits your comfort level or you may opt for no tan lines. Please note that staining may occur to garments worn during the session.

Bring loose, dark, cotton clothing to wear afterwards.

If it's raining, we recommend bringing an umbrella to protect your tan.

While your tan develops

Avoid perspiring and exposure to liquids for a minimum of eight to twelve hours after you tan.

Do not apply products to the skin while your tan develops.

You will see the bronzer wash away the first time you shower.

The bronzer may fade unevenly while your tan develops, it is not a true representation of the tan, always shower to reveal.

Wearing jewelry and tight fitting clothing such as a bra is not recommended.

Sleep on dark cotton sheets and avoid direct contact with leather, light colored and synthetic fabrics while your tan develops.

Touching your skin transfers the product to your finger tips.

Maintaining your tan

Moisturize everyday and after bathing to increase the longevity of your tan.

Do not use products containing Alpha Hydroxy Acid as their purpose is to increase exfoliation.

Remember to protect your skin from the sun and apply sunblock. This product does not contain a sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn.

Avoid the use of exfoliants, scrubs and loofahs when bathing.

Long baths, chlorine, saltwater and soaking your skin for excessive amounts of time may accelerate fading of your tan.

Always pat your skin dry or air dry. Avoid rubbing your skin with a towel.
